Parents Code of Conduct
- Avoid Negative Talk: Please refrain from negative comments in the stands. Support and encouragement are key to a positive experience for everyone.
- No Coaching from the Stands: Do not coach your child from the stands. Trust the coaches to do their job, as that’s what you pay them for.
- Timing of Discussions: Avoid discussing issues with coaches immediately after the game or in the parking lot. If you have concerns, please wait at least 24 hours and then contact Ryan Dent.
- Punctuality: Ensure your child arrives on time for games and practices. If you anticipate being late, please notify your coach in advance.
- Playing Time Concerns: If you have concerns about playing time, contact Ryan Dent to arrange a meeting.
- Practice Conduct: Parents should remain in the stands during practice sessions.
- Respect Umpires: Limit negative comments towards umpires. Allow the coach to handle any issues that arise.
- Positive Influence: Your attitude greatly impacts your child’s experience. While not everything will be perfect, we all share the goal of providing a great experience and helping your child advance.
